One important feature I noticed still needs to be included is custom hotkeys (not macros) for fighting games, in particular, but just in general they should be added. ABCD, ABC and BCD all exist, so could you add AC, CD and AB? If not, at least make a feature to define a two button hotkey. I've been trying to get this implemented for the longest time and I'm not sure why it hasn't been done...a lot of people want this. Thanks.

Barry, brill work as always.. Only one request, to allow FBA to read the control panel etc pics from a large zip file like mame..

Can you also add a volume control so that people on GGPO can play with the sound muted, but not disabled? It would be nice if it was like MAME where you could adjust the volume in increments of 10%. The reason I request this is because you cannot play with anyone on GGPO with sound disabled, the games simply won't start. These are legitimate and useful features that are in MAME that should also be in FBA, but for some reason I never get a response or a reason why it hasn't been implemented.

MAME doesn't support netplay. GGPO isn't FBA - if you want a feature in it ask the authors of it. That said - the page up and page down keys change the volume - it's in the readme.

How is it not FBA? I know it's edited, but it's definitely FBA. It's version 0.2.96.74. From what I understand, the author edits FBA for use in GGPO, so the features are going to carry over. Also, what do you mean MAME doesn't support netplay? It most certainly does and I've used it for years.

I still want these features in the original FBA, since I use it for offline play. I'll take note of the volume control feature, but I still need the hotkey feature. http://img146.imageshack.us/my.php?image=hotkeysem3.png Here is a screen shot I took from MAME, this is all I want in FBA.

Also, the page up and page down keys do not work. It's actually alt + "+" or "-".

That isn't MAME - it's a MAME derivative. If GGPO is based on 0.2.96.74 then any features added now aren't going to be integrated.

It's still beta and it will use an updated version in the future, the updates are on hiatus due to the author having other obligations. Also, derivative or not, what difference does it make? I was only speaking of the volume control feature in MAME and not netplay, which is irrelevant. Doesn't matter anyway, since I figured out how to do it, which wasn't what you had actually told me...I find that odd.

Also, as stated before, I would still like for the feature to be in FBA because I still use it for offline play.
